This is on Canal Street. My favorite place. After fighting through the African Americans and the Chinese/Japanese we went to McDonald's to get a drink and I finally felt like I was in America. It was a strange feeling.
At the Yankees game...probably the worst part of the trip because it was so vulgar. But reguardless we had a good time once I finally chilled out about the stupid security and them not letting us bring in our cameras.
Interesting view. I thought why not be a little different and get a picture no one really wants to see?
This was on the Ferry to either Staten Island or Liberty Island I can't remember. I do know that I still feel like I'm on the boat. I feel like Lucille 2 on Arrested Development.
Statue of Liberty. We got to go up to the balcony but of course my batteries died. My mom has real good pictures but it was cool. She's 305' 6" tall. I don't know how they found someone that big to pose but they did. Them French are amazing.
Brooklyn bridge from the ground. It really is so big. I loved it. We walked the whole thing and almost got ran over by a biker.
While waiting for dinner in Brooklyn we walked to the pier and took some pictures of Manhattan. I think this is one of the best pictures I got.
Central Park. If I lived there, I think I would spend a lot of time there cuz you're finally away from all the noise and people. I would feel too claustrophobic if I lived there.
This is at Times Square. Cody's absolute favorite. It felt like day time cuz the lights were so bright.
This is where we went to Sacrament meeting. It took a while to get there but the building was absolutely amazing. It was the typical LDS church.
This is after the Broadway show "Legally Blonde" which was really good. Those girls can sing my word!
This was us chilling in the Subway waiting for the next train. We were all tired...specially after the men took turns carrying around that huge black bag full of goodies from Canal Street....my favorite.
At Central Park the first night we got there. We never made it back to take more pictures and I was bummed yet I wasn't going to walk anymore.
Me and Tammy in front of FAO Schwarz. It was a cool store. Me and Cody went back later and were saluted by the door greeter.
This is in front of the Apple store. If you look close you can see the apple above my head and to the left. The store was underground and the entry was all glass.

Well this could take me hours and hours and hours so I'll get started! P.S. I loaded the pictures on my computer and it said 239 pictures-snap. Literally.

P.S How do you know Danae and Lamar? I grew up in Pima and Lamar's brother Justin and I are friends, we were even in plays together! Small world!
I didn't know DUFF beer was Cody's favorite. You should have told me sooner. Who would have thought it? haha
A good friend of mine from out here just went to New York with her husband too! I'm so jealous! It looks like fun! :)
oh wow. the ugly face is still my favorite. I love the giant candy land dude and the piano. how cool is that? Looks like you guys had fun. Lots of fun pictures for sure.
Folks believe me, I'm the fat man in the pictures, don't be jealous of New York. All you do is walk and walk or ride a sub or a bus. Be grateful for the beautiful open spaces we have in AZ. This is the place to be. I can say I have been there and done that, but I will only return one more time, when Rustin graduates from NY Dental School. It is not a relaxing vacation - high stress and blistered feet! Ha. I'm so grateful Danica and Cody went with us. They made the trip fun and enjoyable for everyone. Good times were had by all. Pops
And I have to say that your 4th picture down of the funny faces...is freaking hilarious! :)
